对外合作
受制于培养方法及培养手段,多数已知存在的微生物至今仍不能在实验室培养,培养组学是近年来发展起来的,通过组合不同的样品处理方法,培养方法,分离手段等尽可能从样品中获得更多的微生物资源。慕恩生物的Eco-culturomics技术能够高效分离”难培养”微生物, 可以比传统分离培养技术多得到5-15倍微生物物种数量,从而得到更多珍稀独有的微生物资源,以达到更全面分析并获得样品中微生物物种的目的。慕恩生物已与荷兰皇家科学院Westerdijk 研究所,丹麦Technical University of Denmark,韩国Korean National Institute of Agricultural Science,中国科学院微生物研究所,中国农业科学院植保所,区划所,华南农业大学等在相关领域建立科研合作。
